Due Diligence Entry: The parties have entered into an agreement concerning the sale and purchase of one (1) Suzuki Baleno 2022 (the “Car”). The Car is being sold for two hundred million Indonesian rupiah (IDR200,000,000). The Agreement states that upon delivery of the Car, the Buyer shall pay to the Seller the purchase price in full and immediately available funds. The Buyer shall assume title to the Car and bear the risk of loss of the Car upon payment in full, and the Buyer shall bear sole responsibility for any and all taxes and fees associated with the sale and purchase of the Car. Furthermore, this Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
